The most often used announcement is, “You have reached the office of ________. If this is an Emergency, please press “0” now to reach one of our operators. If this call can be handled by our office staff during regular business hours, please leave your message now. Our regular hours are _______.”

Records of Emergency calls are faxed or emailed daily to your office. The other messages are retrieved by your staff from the voicemail box at their convenience.
