Anserve America was founded in 1969

voice mail, paging, appointments, Internet and other communication
services to medical, commercial, and governmental customers--80%

overseas.

The
company is now the largest answering service in New Jersey. It
provides service 24/7, has 22 operator and management stations,
handles 20,000 calls daily and employs 72 highly-trained , including
bilingual, staff operators and twelve additional staff in management
and support positions. The company runs a tightly-organized,
military-style, daily three-shift operation with two professional
shift managers on every shift to assure accountability and
continuity of service. Anserve has recently invested in the latest
telecommuting equipment which allows 25 select managers and
operators to work from home when needed to fill in for sickness or
weather-related absence, further assuring full staffing.
Anserve America prides itself on
being “ahead of the curve” technically. Anserve pioneered the use of
automated faxing and e-mailing of messages to customers and Internet
interface and marketing. The company is fully computerized and uses
the fully digital Pinnacle call handling and data storage
systems and the newest Dell personal computers using the latest Microsoft operating system. This recently installed digital system provides
outstanding voice quality and faster call handling. Appointments and
reservation services are provided in “real time” through jointly
accessed web pages which include proprietary resident software.
Expanded data transmission and storage capacity through six
company-owned T-1’s allows for written message and data retrieval
for up to 90 days. All conversations are recorded and stored for 2 ½
years for customer protection. Anserve can text message to all cell
phones, pagers, personal digital assistants (PDA) and all hand-held
computers including Blackberry. Caller ID on every message.
Customized scripting on every account.
Anserve
also provides instant “always on” interface with customers web sites
to facilitate message posting, information exchange and product
“shopping” assistance. The company provides advanced stand alone and
integrated voice mail services based on the CenturiSoft system.
Power failure backup is provided by Anserve’s own natural gas
powered generator which provides power for an unlimited period to
all communications equipment, computers, lighting, and air
conditioning unit.
Anserve went from a regional to
national answering service in 1996 with the launch of its Anserve
America and anserve.com web site. The site is now
ranked as one of the most innovative, highly-trafficked small
business sites on the Internet, drawing many visitors monthly to review the latest
telephone answering service information, pricing and products.
Anserve currently handles over 900
medical practices, including 2,000 doctors and 20 hospitals with
