Terry C: General Manager

Terry began her career at Anserve in 1992 out of our Pompton Lakes office.  Terry’s strong communication and management skills have been instrumental in growing Anserve Inc. Terry managed the many equipment upgrades over the past 20 years including our carrier switches as well the major upgrade to the Pinnacle call taking software.  Terry has also handled human resources, account management, site certification, account set up, courtesy evaluations, and quality control.  Terry is also the unofficial Anserve scribe-she keeps meticulous notes that go back many years and we often refer to.  Terry also has previous experience working at a large medical practice in the local area. Terry is married and has a daughter and son and 2 granddaughters.

Barbara W: Account Manager

Barbara has been with Anserve Inc since 1982.  She has seen the transformation of Anserve from a small local service handwriting messages to a nationwide state of the art communications company. Since the early 1990’s Barbara has been one of Anserve’s leading medical account managers.  Barbara has also handled our substitute teacher finding service for public school systems, assisted in the training of new agents, and helped grow our existing account base.  Her vast knowledge of answering service systems and protocol make her a great asset to the Anserve Team.   Barbara is married with 2 sons and 1 grandson.

Karen O: Office Manager

Karen has been Anserve’s office manager since 1994.  Starting out in our Ridgewood office, Karen helped coordinate our consolidation to Pompton Lakes and the most recent move to our larger Butler Office.  Karen oversees our back office operations including: billing, payroll, benefits, purchasing, and many other important office functions.  Karen is also our unofficial historian.  There is not an account or employee that she does not remember!  Karen is also the friendly voice you get when you call our office during business hours!  Karen is married with 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter.

Maureen C: Senior Manager

Maureen has been with Anserve Inc since 1998 and is one of our two Senior Managers.  Maureen has helped oversee Anserve’s upgrade to our script based Pinnacle System and is one of the main programmers.  Maureen has initiated and completed a variety of projects throughout the Anserve organization over the years including agent training, schedule management, account set up, account management, hardware/software upgrades and also plans many company events!  Maureen is constantly thinking of new ways to enhance our customers’ experience and improve our overall efficiency.  Maureen has been a volunteer EMT since 2000 and is currently pursuing her degree in nursing.

Holly H: Senior Manager

Holly began her career at Anserve Inc. in 2001.  Holly’s attention to detail has led her down many different paths.  As one of our primary programmers, Holly helped in the large task of moving Anserve from our old Startel system to our state of the art Pinnacle system.  Due to her technical skills, we chose Holly to become our first remote operator when she had to move away for a short period of time.  Holly also manages our on call schedule team, remote operators, and other senior manager duties.  She enjoys spending time with her goddaughter and friends.
