FIRST RING PICK-UP: This option guarantees the call will be answered on the first ring with a programmed announcement of your choice. The most often used announcement is, “You have reached to office of ________. Please press “0” to reach our Operator.”

The call then goes into the normal call rotation. Caller satisfaction is high because the call is always answered on the first ring and the caller is immediately assured that the right number has been reached and that a live operator will handle the call. This service is now included in ALL of Anserve's rate plans.
