AMERICA - A Second Generation Family Business
The addition of Rob Ward heralds the
second generation to enter the Ward family business.
Anserve America has provided
24-hour answering, order taking, and appointment services to
commercial and medical customers since 1968. Housed in its own
modern 12,000 square foot office building, it provides reliable and
resourceful service utilizing state-of-the-art digital Pinnacle
hardware, software, and the world renowned CenturiSoft voicemail
system.
BOB WARD
Bob Ward is an entrepreneur who has
founded and managed twenty companies including marketing consulting,
armored trucking, construction,
publishing, printing and real estate
management. Prior to devoting full time to ANSERVE AMERICA, he was
President and CEO of Carelli, Glynn & Ward Advertising, which was
ranked as one of the ten largest advertising agencies of the 800 in
New Jersey for over a decade. Bob’s expertise is in Marketing and
Financial management. He holds a BA from Yale University and
completed an MBA program at New York University. Bob served as an
enlisted man in the U.S. Marine Corps and as a Captain in the U.S.
Army.
NANCY WARD 
The Ward’s purchased their first
answering service in 1968. Prior to that time Nancy had a career in
publishing and was one of the first women registered representatives
and brokerage office managers on Wall Street. During her 40 years
as Owner and Manager of ANSERVE AMERICA, Nancy has worked with the
original N.J. Bell switchboards, “semi-computerization”, and modern
state-of-the-art paperless computerized equipment. Her expertise is
in personnel management, customer relations and system maintenance.
She holds a BA from Wellesley College and has been listed in Who’s
Who in American Women and Who’s Who is America since 1985.
ROB WARD
Rob represents the second generation of
the Ward family at Anserve. He has had three years experience with
ADT marketing security systems to businesses. Prior to ADT, Rob
spent 1 ½ years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He graduated from their
executive training program and worked in sales and retail office
management. Rob has a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from the
Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. |
