How Real Time Appointments Package Works:  

Our operators answer the phone in a professional business-like manner.  They will announce your business or practice name and enter the appointments directly into your on-line appointment book.

Because our operators access your appointment book via the internet, they can check availability and make the appointments the way you want it done—in real time.  There are never any conflicts because your appointment book is updated instantly.  Advanced features include:

• Variable End Times – Delivers the ability to extend the end time of a single appointment.  Also enables the owner or TAS to block out time whenever they want, effectively freeing up time for the owner.
• Appointment Types – Enables you to pre-set or customize a list of appointments of different durations and different tasks: Ex:  Tooth cleaning – 45 min., Back Adjustment – 15 min., Pre-op – 20 min.
• Email Confirmation – (copies) – allows up to 99 email carbon copy confirmations of appointments to be sent to interested parties.  Ex: Calendar owner & Office Manager
• Address Book – Automatically remembers the caller’s name and information that’s recorded at the time the initial appointment is made.

• Meta Calendar – Provides the ability to overlay calendars.  Enables the operator, calendar owner, or office administrator to view and book appointments with two or more calendars at a time.  Great for dispatching appointments. Ex: Medical Group
• Automated Reports – Provides the ability to extract any data in TurboSchedule ™ automatically by day, week, month & year instead of manually extracting the data.
• Automatic Reminder Scheduling – Allows the calendar owner to set-up “email reminder confirmations” for the caller at a future date in addition to the initial email confirmation sent at the time the appointment is made.
