Anserve’s
staff of 82 is carefully chosen for their competency, courtesy, and
skills in dealing with your customers or patients. Caring personal
service is so important and truly hard to find these days. We firmly
believe that our success is based on our commitment to telephone
answering excellence.
Operators
Every
operator is carefully screened for voice quality, grammar and
elocution as well as appropriate work experience and emotional
maturity. Every operator must undergo a rigorous 80 hour training
program under our professional trainers. Training includes efficient
call handling techniques, courtesy, knowledge of customer accounts,
use of medical dictionaries and basic Spanish terminology. All
operators must pass a rigorous written and oral exam administered by
Anserve managers after six months of service.
Management Team
The
management team runs the operator staff and is responsible for the
day to day operation of the call handling and data storage
equipment. The team is composed of our general manager Terry
Conklin, senior managers Maureen Caracciolo and Holly Horne and six
shift managers.
Shift Managers
There
are shift managers on duty 24/7 to immediately answer questions or
solve problems. You will never be told “someone will call you back
tomorrow”. Shift managers must be experienced, exemplary operators
before qualifying for management training. All shift managers go
through an intensive six month training program which includes
training in problem solving, Anserve’s equipment and system,
customer issues and personnel management. They then must pass a four
hour written and oral exam by senior management staff.
Administrative Team
The
administrative team is responsible for providing Anserve marketing,
sales and advertising as well as financial management, bookkeeping,
billing, accounting and clerical support. The team includes our
office manager Karen Okul, comptroller Eleanor Napoli and
administrative assistants Linda Shoebridge and Anita Cerbone.
Anserve America Office
This is the office building dedicated solely to
Anserve America, our staff and our equipment.
Anserve America was founded in 1968 and
has been owned and managed by the Ward family since inception.
Anserve provides state-of-the-art telephone answering, order taking,
voice mail, paging, appointments, Internet and other communication
services to medical, commercial, and governmental customers--80%
within New Jersey and the balance throughout the United States and
overseas.
