BUTLER, NJ – Anserve, Inc. is a 2015 recipient of the Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence. Since 1969, our family owned and operated company has provided a comprehensive variety of services ranging from 24/7 answering services, order taking, appointment making services, messaging, and others to small businesses and medical customers.
The ATSI Award of Excellence is given annually to telecommunications and call center services in North America. Over a six-month period, independent judges contracted by ATSI have evaluated message services and scored them on response time, courtesy, caller experience, accuracy, and overall client service. Out of hundreds of contestants, Anserve America is one of nine to receive the Year 1 Award of Excellence.
The Association of TeleServices International was founded in 1942 and represents 350 of the world’s best TeleService agencies. The organization has over 350,000 customers in the United States alone. Among others, its objects are to uphold ethics and service standards, provide research for the industry’s development and market prospects, and offer educational opportunities to improve resource constraints and other challenges.
Anserve is actually a second time recipient of the ATSI Aware of Excellence having been a Year 1 recipient in 2012.
