Meet Our Founders
As CEO and Founder of Anserve, Bob Ward provides an extensive set of skills and leadership to the company. His expertise in marketing and finance led to the founding of numerous companies in his professional career, one of which was ranked as one of the ten largest advertising agencies in NJ for over a decade. Bob is directly involved with setting the company strategy and is the pilot for company growth at the client level. He holds a BA from Yale University and completed an MBA program at NYU. Bob served as an enlisted man in the US Marine Corps and as a Captain in the US Army.
Prior to purchasing their first answering service in 1969, VP and Founder, Nancy Ward was an associate editor in the Trade Book Division of a leading New York publishing company and was one of the first female brokerage managers on Wall Street. From working with the NJ Bell Switchboards to overseeing the digitization of Anserve, Nancy has experienced all evolutions of the Telephone Answering Service industry. Her expertise is in personnel management and customer relations. Nancy holds a BA from Wellesley College and has been listed in the ‘Who’s Who in American Women” since 1985.
Rob represents the second generation of the Ward family at Anserve. As President of Anserve, Rob oversees all current operations cementing Anserve’s position as the largest answering service in New Jersey. Rob is highly regarded in the industry and is tasked with preparing the company for trailblazing growth vis-a-vis the use of technology in tele-services. Rob has a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
