The Ward family believes there is no substitute for a personal visit to get to know our customers. We feel that it’s important for us to see where the customer works, meet his staff, and get a feel for the practice or business. This gives us a chance to give a PowerPoint presentation on Anserve and provide biographies on the owners and key staff members. The customer gets a chance to judge the quality and character of the Anserve leadership on a face-to-face basis. Each year, Anserve owners make hundreds of visits to customers and prospective customers.
