Anserve, Inc. received the CAM-X Award of Excellence for the eighth straight year. The annual award is presented by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s trade association for providers of call center services, including telephone answering and message delivery. The Ruby Award, for eight consecutive years of recognition, was presented at the CAM-X 58th Annual Convention and Trade Show.
In accepting the award, Noelia Sarmiento, Anserve’s Quality Assurance Executive said, “We celebrate alongside our whole Anserve family in our eighth consecutive CAM-X Award of Excellence win.” Of Anserve’s ongoing commitment to customer service in answering services, she noted, “The idea that an answering service in this day and age is still relevant, where so much has become automated is a true testament of what the human experience is all about. CAM-X arranges independent judges to evaluate answering services over a six-month period to determine yearly Award of Excellence winners.
