Anserve is Awarded the 2023 CAM-X Award of Excellence

Anserve, Inc. received the CAM-X Award of Excellence for the ninth consecutive year. The award is presented yearly by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry trade association for call centers, telephone answering and telemarketing services. The Sapphire Award, given in recognition of nine consecutive years of Award of Excellence honors, was presented to Anserve at the CAM-X 59th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Calgary in late September. In addition, Anserve was recognized as a Top Ten company in the industry.

To evaluate award nominees, CAM-X arranges independent judges to review answering services over a six-month period. Criteria include:

  • Response Time
  • Courteousness of Rep
  • Accuracy of Call
  • Knowledge of Account
  • Overall Impression of Call
